1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service and our coaching programs are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to apply for coaching, make a purchase, or enter into any agreement with us. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Coaching Services, Health Disclaimer & No Medical Advice

Boss Bodies provides fitness, nutrition, posing, and lifestyle coaching for educational and informational purposes. We are not medical professionals, and our coaching does not constitute medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, nutrition plan, supplement protocol, or competition prep, and especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication.

You participate in any program voluntarily and at your own risk. Physical exercise and competition prep carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for listening to your body, exercising within your limits, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Every body is different, and individual results depend on many factors outside our control — including your genetics, starting point, consistency, effort, and adherence to your plan. While we are fully committed to your success, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, placing, weight change, or competition result. Any examples of past results are not a promise of your results.

5. Purchases & Payment

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (a “Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide it to third parties for the purpose of facilitating the completion of your Purchase(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

6. No Refunds

Due to the nature of intellectual property and e-commerce law, there are no refunds for programming or coaching purchases. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges are permitted for coaching, programming, or posing sessions purchased. Posing sessions, where applicable, must be used within one year of purchase.

7. Subscription & Installment Billing

We may offer the option to schedule one or more payments to be automatically deducted from your checking, savings, or credit card account (“subscription billing”). When you make a purchase with subscription billing, your payment authorization will remain in effect until the programming agreement is paid in full. You agree to notify Team Boss Bodies in writing of any changes to your account information or termination of this authorization at least 28 days prior to your next billing date. If a periodic payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment may be executed on the next business day.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

If a session (such as a posing session) is included in your package or purchased separately and you do not show up to a scheduled session, that session is forfeited. If a coach needs to cancel, your session will be honored and rescheduled for another date.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, programming, training and nutrition materials, branding, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Boss Bodies, LLC and its licensors. The materials we provide are for your personal, non-transferable use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our programs or materials with any third party without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems. You are responsible for any information you submit and warrant that it is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Boss Bodies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

12. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that your participation in any Boss Bodies program and your use of the Service are at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Bodies, LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or participation in any program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or our coaching shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boss Bodies, LLC and its owners, coaches, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Boss Bodies, LLC is organized and operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
